Midwest Coin Concepts was formed by the evolution of many coin operated amusement companies into one larger, efficient company that encompasses much of Central Minnesota including the Dakotas to Wisconsin. The various companies obtained by these principal owners include Krueger Novelty, Ed's Novelty, Vern Ness Games, Borth Amusement, Chuck Daniel's Novelty, Ernie Olson Enterprises, Active Coin of St. Cloud, MN., Viking Vending of Alexandria, MN, Boerger Novelty, P.J. Weber Company, A & B Amusement, Harbor Amusement and most recently Twin Ports Amusements. In the past several years, Midwest Coin Concepts has expanded its operations to include as far North as Virginia, MN, Grand Portage, MN, West into North Dakota, and East to Ashlund, WI.
Midwest Coin Concepts has become one of the major players in the coin-operated industry in the state of Minnesota.
Owner, Chip O'Hara has served on the board of directors of the Minnesota Operators of Music & Amusements (MOMA). He has also served as an officer and director of the MOMA Pool Association. He continues to be in the forefront of the legislative efforts of MOMA.
Owner, Terry O'Hara, is a former member of the NDA (National Dart Association) board and is on the MOMA board of directors. He was a past president and is currently on the board of directors for the St. Cloud Metro Lions Club.
Midwest Coin Concepts leases dartboards, pool tables, jukeboxes, Mega Touch, and many other games to restaurants, taverns, hotels, family entertainment centers, bowling centers, and colleges in the ND/MN/WI area.
